Borough Development Officers

Surrey Playing Fields are looking for Borough Development Officers in the following Surrey Boroughs and Districts:

Epsom & Ewell, Guildford, Surrey Heath, Woking.

The position of Borough Development Officer is a voluntary role and historically been taken up by those involved with local sport and are only too happy to be of value to the clubs in their area. Surrey Playing Fields is the operating name for the Surrey County Playing Fields Association. We are an independent charity who operate in the administrative county of Surrey. We work with other organisations to ensure that there are high quality facilities for sport and play in the county. These open spaces need to be in appropriate places; we look at planning schemes so that appropriate comments are made on strategies and planning applications.
